Charity Firewalk
Ignite your bravery with a charity firewalk. Walk through fire to support the first aid charity for Wales!
Join us on Sunday 27th October 2024, at the Norwegian Church Arts Centre for an unforgettable experience. Embrace the challenge of walking barefoot over hot coals in support of the first aid charity for Wales.
A firewalk is the ultimate test of courage. True to its name, it involves walking barefoot over red-hot wood embers reaching around 800 degrees. No tricks, no special effects—just you and the fire.
You don’t need any previous experience to join in our charity firewalk – all necessary training will be provided on the day.
To support our lifesaving work, we kindly ask you to aim for a £130 sponsorship goal. You will be given the full support of the St John Ambulance Cymru team to help you successfully reach your fundraising target. Your support enables us to provide first aid cover at events, deliver frontline services, and support our NHS and emergency services, while also training children and adults in first aid, giving them the skills and confidence to save lives.
We are excited to offer discounted early bird tickets until the 6th September.
The event will start at 5pm and the café will be open throughout the evening, serving food and refreshments. Bring along your family and friends to cheer you on—it will be an evening of courage, community and impactful fundraising!
Don't miss out on this extraordinary event! Sign up today to support our vision: First aid for everyone, anytime, anywhere.
