Learn lifesaving skills this September

You can be there for your loved ones when they need you most, by learning CPR with us. 

Every year in the UK, thousands of people die or are seriously injured in unexpected incidents. Many deaths could be prevented if first aid was delivered before emergency services arrive. We believe there should be a first aider in every home across Wales. 

We hope that you never find yourself in a situation where you need to use first aid, however, it is always best to be prepared just in case you do. You can help increase the number of first aiders across Wales this September. Sign up to learn first aid with our experienced trainers or show your support by donating today.
