About our Sharps Training course
The dangers of drugs affect everybody. Used syringes and other drug-related waste are found in a variety of places, including commercial premises, schools, hospitals and pubs. Discarded sharps and other clinical waste can cause harm to those who come in contact with them. That’s why it’s important to stay aware and make sure discarded sharp objects don’t endanger people’s safety.
Our 2-hour Sharps Training course, developed with PHS Waste Management, will teach you the correct procedures for safely disposing of hazardous sharps litter. You will also learn how to respond quickly and effectively to drug-related emergencies.
