Mental Health & Menopause Awareness

About our Mental Health & Menopause Awareness course

This 6-hour course has been developed to provide a comprehensive understanding of two key areas of workplace wellbeing. By examining both mental health and menopause concurrently, the course recognises the significant influence that hormonal changes, life transitions, and psychological wellbeing can have on individuals within the workplace.

Fostering an open and informed environment around these subjects helps to reduce stigma, enhance confidence in addressing these issues, and empower employees and managers with the knowledge to provide appropriate support. When organisations take proactive steps to address mental health and menopause, they nurture a culture of empathy, inclusion, and understanding.

This course is suitable for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of mental health and menopause, whether for personal awareness or to better support colleagues. Whether you are a team member, manager, team leader, HR professional, or committed to fostering a supportive, informed, and inclusive workplace culture where employee wellbeing is emphasised, this training will provide you with the confidence to make a meaningful impact.
