The Customer Sales Advisor plays a key role in promoting and selling our wide range of training courses to new, existing, and lapsed customers through inbound and outbound calls as well as via email.
This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service whilst maximising on upselling and new business opportunities. You will be an integral part of the customer sales team being tasked with generating income in order to hit departmental targets and goals.
What you'll need to be successful
We’re looking for a highly organised individual with proven experience in customer service or customer sales, both inbound and outbound. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside excellent organisational abilities. You’ll need to effectively manage your time to adapt to a variety of tasks, ensuring seamless customer experience while driving sales success.
