First Aid Trainer

St John Ambulance Cymru is currently undergoing an extensive and exciting programme of modernisation and forward thinking, encompassing a review of its existing service, financial and workforce model, developing a rejuvenated culture aligned to our core vision and values to improve our overall people experience.

To help us achieve our mission to save lives and enhance the health and well-being in the communities of Wales, we are offering this exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Training Team. You will be delivering and assessing various first aid courses throughout Wales and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills to deliver other commercial related courses.

This position will be key in ensuring the smooth running of our commercial training department.

You will be an integral part of managing and motivating yourself and colleagues and be tasked with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction when representing St John Ambulance Cymru. You will also always ensure professionalism with accurate, consistent, relevant and factual information is relayed to customers.

You will be joining a wider, ambitious, and growing training team who are on a trajectory of significant growth and modernisation to ensure everyone in Wales have essential First Aid and Skills. You will be expected to work at any premises with reasonable notification given. You will be provided with additional training and on-going development opportunities and support as per operational requirements.
