The Internal Training Co-ordinator will play a vital role in managing and developing our Moodle e-learning platform. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll undertake first level support on the system, and you will create, upload and maintain courses and content. As part of the Education team’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement, you will generate reports, track progress, and liaise with service providers to optimise system functionality.
What you'll need to be successful
We are looking for a skilled e-Learning author / developer, ideally with experience in Moodle based platforms, although this is not essential. You will work collaboratively with others in the Education team and wider stakeholders, including subject matter experts and external clients. You will have a resilient and adaptable mindset to balance multiple priorities. Passionate about high-quality learning and customer service, you will uphold our values of compassion, quality, inclusion, and integrity, ensuring the best user experience for all.
