How is it assessed?
Delegates are continually assessed throughout the training course by one of our professional trainers. Assessment will be done via Q&A sessions, practical scenario, and hands-on demonstrations with relevant equipment.
Certificate
On successful completion of this first aid training course, a delegate will receive an outdoor first aid certificate. This outdoor first aid qualification is valid for 3 years.

In the UK, St John Ambulance is one of the voluntary aid societies (VAS) who are recognised by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) as standard setters for first aid training in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981. We don't require external accreditation through an Awarding Organisation. We have rigid quality assurance standards so you can be confident knowing you are receiving top quality training.
