St John Ambulance Cymru invite you to take on the challenge of a lifetime. In the early hours of Sunday 1st October 2023, participants will be guided to the summit of the highest mountain in Wales, Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon). Snowdonia National Park is one of only 18 International Dark Sky Reserves in the world, offering a rare opportunity to escape light pollution. As you reach the 1085m peak, you will get to take in the breath-taking views of the sunrise over the coast and northern Snowdonia. You will be joined by qualified local Mountain Leaders who will ensure you are kept safe throughout.

This unforgettable hike will all be in support of the lifesaving work of St John Ambulance Cymru. Registration for this once in a lifetime experience costs just £49 per person, which includes a St John Ambulance Cymru t-shirt, certificate and post-challenge celebration breakfast.

All we ask is that you pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £195 to support St John Ambulance Cymru’s vital work in communities across Wales. Funds will help the charity deliver free first aid training sessions to schools and community groups, as well as providing first aid cover at key events, keeping the public safe. Funds also go towards St John Ambulance Cymru’s youth programmes, providing Wales with a new generation of young lifesavers.

Once registered you will gain access to the RAW adventures portal where you can find your itinerarykit list and training plan. Our friendly team will support you in setting up your fundraising page and will be on hand throughout to help you reach your goal.
