Mental Health First Aid (Adult) - Blended Training

About our Mental Health First Aid (Adult) - Blended course

Our blended Mental Health First Aid training course is split over a series of interactive eLearning modules and 2 live, virtual training sessions with a St John Ambulance Cymru trainer.

This course teaches people the skills needed assist those who are experiencing a mental health difficulty. After completing training, delegates will be able to spot signs of mental illness and will have the confidence to approach and support a person who needs assistance. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of mental health issues that can affect well-being and explore what they can do to get their colleague the right support.

Every business and organisation should be committed to supporting the wellbeing of its workforce. Providing the necessary help to support dealing with mental health conditions is a key component of this. Mental ill health is as important as physical health.

This course is a national training programme for Wales, which is licensed and developed by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Wales.
